Terms and Conditions

1. The applicant may use the IGES publication for the purpose described following and for that purpose only.
2. When the applicant uses the IGES publication, the applicant must always accompany it with its data source (i.e. copyright © IGES 2021. Reprinted with permission.) The IGES official logo and other necessary official information can be obtained from IGES.
3. The applicant may only use the IGES publication in a way which will not cause any harm or disadvantages to IGES.
4. The contents of IGES publications are the responsibility of the author. The conclusions reached in IGES publications should be understood to be those of its author and not attributed to staff-members, officers, directors, trustees, funders or to IGES itself.
5. IGES retains the copyright of the IGES publication and the right to remove it or cease distribution of it via the applicant's product when IGES reasonably believes that the use is in violation of law or the proprietary or contractual rights of a third party.
6. Any issues raised, which are not explicitly written in these terms and conditions, will be discussed in good faith by both parties. Unresolved matters beyond the discussion will be taken up under the law of the Country of Japan.
7. Other matters that the applicant agreed upon IGES' request.
